經前症候群(Premenstrual Syndrome,PMS)是指在月經前一週左右出現的症狀群,包括生理、心理和行為上的症狀。例如情緒波動、焦慮、疲勞、體重增加、食欲改變、乳房脹痛、頭痛、腹部脹氣和水腫等情況。通常在月經開始後,PMS的症狀就會慢慢減輕、消失。
PMS的發病原因尚不明確,也沒有確定的診斷標準或治療方法。但有研究表明加味逍遙散和柴胡疏肝散是常用來治療PMS的中藥,因此,如果想治療PMS,可以考慮中藥治療。
